The hotel is super bad! Management is also rubbish! We couldn't stay due to the weather but wouldn't give us a refund. When I asked the hotel for help, they couldn't do anything! Don't even know the basic rescue call! I have never encountered such a bad hotel and service!

Very bad! I drove there myself. There was a moderate snow and ice warning that day. There were no lights on the mountain road. The snow was more than half of the tire. There was a cliff next to it. There was no guardrail and the tires slipped. It was only 500 meters away from the hotel, but the hotel refused to pick me up. When I called, there were only two new waiters who didn't know anything. Now they refuse to refund. What a rogue hotel! !
